Yay!! Yeah, I keep seeing all these news reports about containers sitting at the ports, unable to be distributed, and knowing how the electrical grid was even before the storm, it seemed like a good way to go. Infrastructure is maybe less sexy than showing up with hot meals, but it'll help get old people their homes back even if they don't have the deeds or have added to their homes or are disqualified from FEMA assistance for some other reason, which will definitely happen. Overall it just seemed like a good thing to help people throw money at.
